Separate sealed proposals, will be received by the Board of Education, Manchester-Shortsville Central School District (herein referred to as the “Owner”) for the
Manchester-Shortsville Central School District 2024 Capital Improvement Project.
Bids shall be received by the Owner, in the Auditorium Lobby, 1506 State Route 21, Shortsville, NY 14548, until 4:00 P.M., local time, March 2, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids transmitted electronically or via facsimile will not be accepted.
Separate Bids are requested for the following Prime Contracts:
Contract 100: General Trades Contract
Contract 101: Mechanical Contract
Contract 102: Plumbing Contract
Contract 103: Electrical Contract
A Mandatory Pre-Bid walk-thru conference shall be held at the Manchester-Shortsville Central School District, Red Jacket High School, 1506 State Route 21, Shortsville, NY 14548 at 3:30 P.M., local time, on February 5, 2026, for the purpose of touring the building to review the existing conditions and considering Bidders’ questions.

Commissioning Services
The deadline for submitting a proposal for these services is February 10, 2026. This is the same date set for the opening of prime contractors’ bid proposals. If an addendum is issued to extend the bid opening for the prime contractors, it will NOT apply to the submission date for submitting a proposal for Special Inspections, Air Monitoring or Commissioning Services.

Returning Documents
Any Bidder upon returning such set-in good condition within thirty (30) days after Bid opening will be refunded the deposit. Any Bidder after thirty (30) days after Bid opening or Non-Bidder so returning such a set will not be refunded.
