Pembroke Central School District 2023 Capital Improvement Project Phase 3 – Electrical REBID
Bids shall be received by the Owner, in the District Offices, 8750 Alleghany Road, Corfu, NY 14036, until 03:00 P.M., local time, on Wednesday, February 04, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids transmitted electronically or via facsimile will not be accepted.
The Instructions to Bidders, Form of Proposal, General Conditions, Drawings, and Specifications may be examined at the offices of the Owner and the following locations:

A Pre-Bid walk-thru conferences shall be held at the Pembroke Central School District, Main entrance of the High School, 8750 Alleghany Road, Corfu, NY 14036 at 01:00 P.M., local time, on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, for the purpose of touring the building to review the existing conditions and considering Bidders’ questions.
