Separate sealed proposals, will be received by the Board of Education, Honeoye Falls-Lima Central School District (herein referred to as the “Owner”) for the:
Honeoye Falls-Lima Central School District - 2022 Capital Improvement Project – Phase 3D
The Architect for the Project is: SEI Design Group, D.P.C., 224 Mill Street, Rochester, NY 14614
The Construction Manager for the Project is: Campus Construction Management Group, 1221 Pittsford-Victor Road, Pittsford, New York 14534
The Instructions to Bidders, Form of Proposal, General Conditions, Drawings, and Specifications may be examined at the offices of the Owner and the following locations:

All RFI’s should be directed to the Construction Manager, Campus CMG, to the attention of Daniel Holmes, via e-mail: dholmes@campuscmg.com. Last day for pre-bid RFI’s to be received is January 27, 2026.
Pre-Bid walk-thru conference shall be held at the Honeoye Falls-Lima Central School District, High School, 20 Church Street, Honeoye Falls, New York 14472 at 3 P.M., local time, on January 20, 2026, for the purpose of touring the building to review the existing conditions and considering Bidders’ questions.
