Separate sealed proposals, will be received by the Board of Education, Carthage Central School District(herein referred to as the “Owner”) for the

Carthage Central School District – 2025 Capital Outlay Project.

Bids shall be received by the Owner, in the Business Office, 36500 NYS Route 26, Carthage, NY 13619, until 3:30 PM, local time, on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids transmitted electronically or via facsimile will not be accepted.

Bid is requested for the following Prime Contract: Contract 101: General Contract

The Instructions to Bidders, Form of Proposal, General Conditions, Drawings, and Specifications may be examined at the offices of the Owner and the following locations:
