THE BRIGHTON CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT invites bids for five (5) separate prime contracts including:

• GENERAL TRADES Contract # 301,

• MECHANICAL (HVAC) Contract #302,

• PLUMBING Contract # 303,

• ELECTRICAL Contract #304,

• SITEWORK Contract # 305

for the 2024 CAPITAL FACILITIES IMPROVEMENT PROJECT. Separate sealed bids will be received at the District Office, at Brighton Central School District, 2035 Monroe Avenue, Rochester, New York 14618 until 3:30 P.M., local time on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Brighton Central School District Administration Building Board of Education Conference Room.

Pre-Bid

A pre-bid conference for the Project will be conducted by the Construction Manager on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at 10:00 A.M., at the Brighton Central School District (meet at the Council Rock Cafeteria; enter Door 1 – Main Entrance), on 600 Grosvenor Road, Rochester, New York, 14610; to provide bidders with an important informational session about the project and its working requirements. A walk-through of the school building will follow the pre-bid conference, for those bidders who may request it. The pre-bid conference will be for all contracts, and it is strongly recommended that all potential bidders attend.
