Geneseo Central School District 2023 Capital Improvement Project

Bids shall be received by the Owner, meet at the high school main entrance, 4050 Avon Road, Geneseo, NY 14454 until 3:30 p.m. local time, on January 20th, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids transmitted electronically or via facsimile will not be accepted.

The Instructions to Bidders, Form of Proposal, General Conditions, Drawings, and Specifications may be examined at the offices of the Owner and the following locations:

• Construction Exchange of Buffalo & WNY, 2660 William Street, Buffalo, NY 14227

Submit RFIs by email to Alicia Chapman at Campus construction (achapman@campuscmg.com) until 5:00 p.m., local time, on January 13, 2026. The last addendum will be issued on January 15th, 2026.

Pre-Bid Walk-thru Conferences:

Two Pre-Bid walk-thru conferences will be held at Geneseo Central School District, meet at the high school main entrance, 4050 Avon Road, Geneseo, NY 14454 on the dates listed below for the purpose of touring the building to review the existing conditions and considering Bidders’ questions.

• December 16th, 2025 at 3:30 p.m. local time

• January 6th, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. local time
