Project: Los Flamboyanes 2025 Tower Renovation

Invites bids for renovation work at Los Flamboyanes Tower -

Interior & Exterior Renovations located at 100 BORINQUEN PLAZA, ROCHESTER, New York 14605

The project includes the following general scopes of work: asbestos abatement, minor drywall repairs, kitchen cabinets, insulation, roofing, painting, window and door replacements, flooring, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, mechanical and security system upgrades.

Instructions to Bidders

Three (3) separate sealed copies of the bid identified with the Bid Package Number on the front of the envelope are due at 12:00 noon, Friday, June 20th. Bids are to be hand delivered to Landsman BSG, Attention: Mr. Stephen P. Mauro, at 465 Blossom Road, Rochester, New York 14610, where they will be date and time stamped in. Bids will be opened privately.

Bid Documents

Bid Documents will be available on June 12th 2025. They may be obtained by Contractors and Vendors by contacting Rotolite-Elliott Corporation, One Grove Street / P.O. Box 97, Pittsford, New York 14534. Phone: 585-385-1463. Website: www.recplanroom.com.

PRINTED (paper) copies will require a refundable $100.00 deposit check, made out to

Rotolite-Elliott. Credit card payment will not be accepted.

ELECTRONIC copies will require a non-refundable payment of $59.00 be sent to Rotolite-

Elliott. Upon download, said entity will be added as a legitimate plan holder on the job and

will receive electronic files of any bid addendums issued throughout the bidding process.

steve@thebsgteam.com. Pre-bid RFI’s will be accepted up to 48 hours prior to bid opening.

Qualified Bidders will be expected to demonstrate relevant experience and compliance with authorities having jurisdiction (city, local and state codes) etc. The project will be public funded (HFA / HCR / HOME) with emphasis targeting the following participation: Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) 20%, Women Business Enterprise (WBE) 10%, Service-Disabled-Veteran Business (SDVB) 6%, Built America Buy America (BABA).
